we are your partner and crime. We don’t want to do a quick project then leave we want to be the marketing arm of your company for the Long Haul. We genuinely want to see your business succeed, it’s a sign that we are doing our job right.

We chose this order so you can get the best bank for your buck. Each step is a building block to the next. the previous work that was done worth gets more valuable as you layer on top.

Yes, the more Industries we conquer the more lessons we learn that could be applied to all of the rest. Our diversity is our strength. Our Niche is success. Unless they’re covering different sectors of the same industry there can only be one Authority. The more businesses we help under one niche the more saturated the area becomes and eventually all the companies will be competing for the same customers. Canada does not have the same population or income as other well-off countries. We only work with companies that want to solve actual problems and make the world a better place for their customers.

I can’t give you any concrete numbers but typically speaking, after around 3 months of consistent marketing you can see an increase of roughly 20%
But our work compounds over time. The longer you stick with it the better results you will get. Clients that stick with us for 12 months can see an increase of 643.7% ( current ROAS record )

Fulfillment is your product or service. How do you bring value? What is your expertise? Are you a plumber? A renovator? A roof fixer? This part is you doing what you do best. We let you do your thing.
Marketing is where we come in. We make sure your product or service reaches the right people in the most effective way.
It takes two to tango. One cannot exist without the other.
You could have the best product in the world but if nobody knows you exist, you don’t. Or you could have the best Marketing in the world but if you don’t have a product, or worse you have a bad product. Marketing will only compound your failure.
These lessons were made abundantly clear once we started a service business of our own. We had first person Witness to how our efforts affect your bottom line.
During our early days while we were still learning web design, an e-commerce website was always the “final boss.” The most difficult website to make that generates the most money the fastest way. After we built a few e-commerce websites Ourselves we discovered the problem wasn’t the site itself, but the business model around it.
The alleged “marketing gurus” played off dropshipping is something you can do when you sleep. It’s actually the hardest route. We’ve seen the most success from companies who either manufacture the products themselves or have trusted, usually local suppliers.
An e-commerce website of our own is already in the works. Once that company launches we will have an even better understanding.
From the traditional sense, we don’t really focus on one particular industry.
Our Niche is Canadian domination.
We are most interested in the winning strategies, systems and ways of thinking that propel experts and innovators to the apex of whatever industry they happen to be in.
There seems to be a pattern between all of them. We are hell-bent to crack that code, and transfuse the lessons we learn into your business.
However we do have experience with service business, eCommerce tycoons, Healthcare Institutions, fitness gurus, real estate firms, religious centers, sports teams, automotive organizations, fashion icons, food connoisseurs, SaaS brands, Crypto Trailblazers, industrial outlets and mutch more.
Also, We are trying to get you to number one in your industry. Why would we waste our time on number 2 or 3 if they’re going to steal slices from your pie?
Depending on how long your company has been around, keeping your logo as is or slightly tweaking it maybe the best course of action. However there is a beauty standard. No one will take you seriously If your logo looks like a fifth grader made it.
Your website is the cornerstone of your business. It has to convince the people on the fence to work with you. Believe it or not most websites don’t make the cut. If it is working well doing its job we leave it be. But more often than not there is room for improvement. We don’t work with people who want to coast by. We only work with people who want to see their company at the Apex of their industry and have the drive to get there.
We even have strategies to save money on domain and hosting. Lowering your overall operational costs.
Marketing requires consistency Above All Else. You will need to be patient for at least the first 3 months. After 3 months you will start. Keyword start. Seeing results come in slowly, roughly 20%. But the more you stick with it, the more we tweak and refine the more results we can bring you. Your company will be completely transformed if we were to stick around for a year.
We’re not joking when we say we’re in it for the Long Haul. It’s our only way to guarantee you the results you deserve.
But that’s just the average there are outliers. Sometimes it takes longer for results to show up or sometimes you can see results pouring in right away. Business is a messy thing no two companies are the same.
Depending on your plan and the audience you decide to reach, we don’t sleep till you’re the Apex of your industry. We’re stubborn like that…
Business is a human thing to do. We try to use AI as strategically as possible. We don’t want our team members to lose their edge. We use AI as a tool not a crutch. Ultimately ai could only regurgitate concepts that already exist. Only a human can think outside the box and break the mold.
Also your customers are getting fatigued over the abundance of AI content. They just want to see something real.
Last but not least a heavy use of AI implies the following:
1 – You don’t really have a budget, and your business won’t stand the test of time.
2 – You haven’t bothered to take the time to do research and discover the real problem your customers are facing.
3 – you don’t care about your product / service and you only stand to make a profit not solve problems.
4 – You don’t respect the people who mastered their craft. These are the people ai learned from. Talented employees are the secret sauce to maintain your dominance, hold them close.
The Foundation of any business is Trust, without it you’re nothing. A heavy crutch on AI makes your business appear untrustworthy and Incapable.
Short answer, both.
We prefer to give you a complete service that’s how we could deliver the best results. However one off projects or services is not out of our scope. We don’t mind offering a helping hand.
Compared to the USA and similar countries, Canada has a low population and every citizen has a lower income on average. Entrepreneurs in Canada are already having an uphill battle right off the rip. Because of this Canadian customers are afraid to take risks. Only spending their hard-earned cash on what they think works. This brings very low competition, which brings very low innovation. There’s no real incentive to do better sooner Now it’s not hard to see why our neighbors down south have better businesses than us.
Just because the odds are stacked against you doesn’t mean you can’t thrive. This environment is ripe for Innovative leaders, with groundbreaking products / services that challenge the status quo.
Coupled with the fact that a lot of Canadian businesses don’t even have an online presence, or even have products / services that don’t solve the real problems of their customers…

It’s usually the most under looked aspect of any business. There are too many subpar or even fraudulent businesses in Canada. Trust is a true uphill battle, but if you can provide the gap in the market that nobody expects yet everyone wants, you’ll have more than the foundation for greatness. In every business the needs of the customer always comes first. If you can engineer how they interact with you from their perspective you can predictively control how you profit.
Now you just need to prove that to the people who are ready to buy. That’s where we come in. At Jams designs Inc we highlight the characteristics that make your company unique. You put those two things together your competition will be trembling. In the worst case your competition will live on, occupying a portion of the market that doesn’t serve you. What I say is a combination of my opinions, preferences, and battle tested experience for what worked in my favor.
Maybe there’s a better way of doing things, maybe there isn’t. I’m going to assess my options either way. If I could improve something by even 1% it’s still an Improvement. I plan to teach how to improve your business, yourself and your life the only way I know how. Not theories, not what other people think is the right or wrong way, my way. Those are the only cards I have.
It’s never my intention to hurt or downplay anyone or anything. If you think there’s a better way, prove it to me. This way we could both learn and grow together. I’m not afraid of being wrong, I’m afraid of not knowing the whole picture. It’s easy to get into the mind frame of comparison, our uniqueness is how others find their way to their own special path.
