Interlock landscape construction is an outdoor renovations company with over 35 years of experience. They have expertise in both residential and commercial. Some of their notable customers include Starbucks, A&W, Honda,Volvo, and craft development Corporation. They came to us because their original website not clear, filled with outdated information, and it was no place where people could see all of their services, nor was there enough information explaining those services. The original website was scattered and overall confusing.
The 1st challenge was creating a system where all of their services are laid out and customers can inquire more about it. We achieved this by narrowing down the 25 major services, numbered them, and then gridded them up on a page where customers could explore. Then, on each individual service page, we not only had a short description but also benefits, and examples of the previous work they done.
Secondly, we updated their existing branding to be more consistent and win trust. Not just through the site. We created vehicle graphics, new business cards and flyers to give away at the Cottage life show.
Also, we simplified their sales process. by integrating an automatic email button at the bottom of every service. As well as using QR codes on their flyers and vehicles, making it easier for customers to get access specific information.
